This company sells trucking accessories and heavy industry supplies. They always call and say " you a tough guy to get a hold of, aren't you?" The same cheesy line every time. They almost always swear at me when I ask them to take me off of their call list. One time one of their guys called me during the day, cussed at me, hung up on me, then called back at 2 am while my wife was going into labor with our first child. When he called the only thing he said was that I had a small penis, and then hung up.

gibberish to me about a Lawyer and lawsuit agaist me. I could not even understand the guy. I hung up once, called again at my work. Would not give me a call back number with names and lawsuit.

Eight phone calls a day. Yes, EIGHT! And of course, they refuse to take my number off of their list. Filed a FTC complaint against them. Second one. And if they continue to call me, I will continue to file complaints.

Thick middle-easter or Indian accent. Calls several times per day requesting confidential information.

Yesterday I got a call from that number and the caller said the concern a usa green card, I too filled part of the form when it appeared on my pc did not complete it when I realized they were asking for money. I told the called bluntly I am not interested since I have a 10 year visa to use at anytime I want. Then I hang up, hope they don't call me again.

Called us 5 times now within 10 days even though their number is blocked. If this is truly Sears calling about warranty, I hope Sears is reading these reports because I won't ever buy another product from Sears as a result of this annoying telemarketing - that's the honest truth. Never again will I shop at Sears. The only company that comes close to being worse than Sears in terms of aggressive telemarketing like this is The Brick. They, too, lost all of our future business.

This came to me & I did not answer it...what the heck

stating that they are ar law office and they have a lawsuit against me and continuing on and on about charges they have against me. They have been reported to the FTC by me and also to the company that the mentioned to me that they stated that they got info from. I also contacted the credit bureau to request a fraud alert.

I, too, received the same email as this group...Craigslist was where it came from. How sad! SAD! We are only trying to find a job and this is such a deflator in an already sagging balloon! STAY ALERT! and thank you for posting...I am so needy I was seriously going to call this person. I appreciate your diligence.
